Prefers Independent Party | Candidate for Wahkiakum County Assessor 


Other Professional Experience: Former member, Wahkiakum County Board of Equalization. Deputy Assessor/Appraiser, Wahkiakum County Assessor’s Office. Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser. Rostered FHA/USDA Appraiser. Accredited Ad Valorem Appraiser. Oregon Real Estate Agency; Certified Continuing Education Course Provider. 


Education: Hundreds of hours in professional education over the span of my career. 


Community Service: Pro bono services assisting the public navigate real estate, property tax, housing, construction, mortgage and lending industry issues. 


Statement: Property taxes directly affect your livelihood. This Office requires real expertise, trust, and professionalism. I served on the BOE, currently work in the Assessor’s Office, and actively hold a Certified Appraiser’s license. I believe this Office should provide fair treatment to all taxpayers, regardless of party affiliation or personal relationships. I have the qualifications, track record, and commitment to serve with integrity. I will not walk away from this job, and I’m committed to impartiality. 


Wahkiakum deserves better. I’m ready and dedicated for the long haul.
